Sunstroke and Its Effects

by Ray

The direct sun ray over the skin or your head is very dangerous as they are unsafe and may lead to sunstroke.

If you are going to be under the sun for a long period of time then it is always better to hold a Sun Protection Umbrella in order to avoid the scorching sun and its heat.

I used to get sun strokes very frequently when I was in school since we had assemblies and programs in the sun which meant prolonged standing in the sun.

I have experienced sun stroke two times when I was standing for assembly.

The symptoms were all of a sudden that I started feeling numb and blacking out and fell unconscious.

I had to rest for a long time to recover and regain my conscious after the sunstroke.

A lot of the students in our school use to experience sun stroke when they stand in the sun for long hours.
