Sunburn

On our first annual trip to Sunset Beach, North Carolina we were sure to pack lots and lots of sunscreen since our family tends to have fair skin.
Everyone was very careful to put lots of
best sunscreen on before heading out to play on the beach all day long.
As the week went on our sunscreen routines became less and less rigorous.
Eventually one of my aunts purchased a new kind of sunscreen that was totally water proof but it came in a spray bottle, as opposed to the traditional white creamy sunscreen that you are able to see when you spread it on your
skin.
This new spray you could not tell where it had been sprayed because it was a quick drying spray.
When my brother decided to use it one day he came back from the beach with the most bizarre tan lines all over his body.
The parts that did not get covered with the sunscreen were definitely in for a
sunburn.
