Sunburn Be Gone

Let me say that I hate to get any type of
Sunburn. The feeling that it leaves on your skin is terrible. It hurts and is very sensitive.
It was a few year back that I went on a ski trip in the mountains. It was an overcast day and I was not thinking about the sun very much because of it.
But one must remember that clouds do not stop the harmful
UV rays that come from the sun. So after several long hours of skiing without any
sun protection I realized that I was badly sun burnt.
Because my past experience was so bad, skin peeling and all, I decided to use the maximum sun protection from then on out so I wouldn't be burnt.
Now every time I go skiing I use an athletic spray sunscreen that is very nice. It is the none oily type because I hate the sense of having normal sunscreen on my body.
Now I don't get sun burnt and have a fun time skiing. Also to add to my sun protection I also usually wear some type of
sun protection hat to take the sun off my face.
These head gears are usually a brimmed hat or full head beanie. Long sleeve pants and shirts are always very helpful to prevent sun burns too.
But wearing all kinds of
sun protection clothing, cannot always work out because you can get very hot. These are just my experiences with sun protection but I have learned much from them.
